What is inside our cookies
We are a family and a group of co-workers and their families who get up very early every day to work with dedication and love to make the best bread and cookies.
For more than 30 years we have been manufacturing with original recipes, our products with our flavor … always with the best raw materials, best processes, best machinery to achieve products of excellent taste and durability.
Salvadoran coffee is our star ingredient for our coffee cookies! Coffee plantations began in the 1850’s in the fertile lands of Ahuachapan and Santa Ana at 1200 meters above sea level, there in the volcanic lands and magical lakes are grown one of the best coffees in the world, for its strong aroma and flavor.
In the 1950’s the Salvadoran coffee boom began and varieties such as Pacamara, Pacas, Bourbon, Java and other highly appreciated varieties were created, since each lot of coffee has its Rainforest Alliance Certification, all this and more make our coffee one of the best in the world.
